This past week training and research were pretty intense -- both in my needs to step up to some new levels mentally and physically, and in the need to counteract the intensity with some recovery time. When these extremes present themselves within the same week, I turn to music.
Below are a couple of playlists I've been developing over the past couple of months. The "Revolution" playlist is for pre-lab/workout energy jump, and the "Breathing" playlist is for post-workout and times when my brain needs a rest.
