Deadlifts.


Keeping my mind clear by pushing my body to the limit. 

Click of metal clip tight against the plate.

Center eyes on thatched, rusted steel bar. Grip each finger, rolled around.

Pause.

Inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale
and GO.

Beats, up and down
and inhale and exhale and
extend arms, pull shoulders
extend legs, brace thighs

Raise heart. Bow chest.

Repeat extensions,
the focused eyes mirror back metal beats with each breath.
